WATCH THE RESCUE
Guno, who we rescued, weak and undernourished, from a landfill in Cernavoda, Romania, is the sole survivor of a litter of puppies.
When we found him, he was immersed in trash and surrounded by the lifeless bodies of his siblings. Today he is out of danger, thanks to the care he received at our clinic.
Thousands of other puppies like him, however, do not have the same luck, which is why your help is so important.*
*On average, a female dog can produce two litters per year and give birth to 6-10 puppies. The figure of 67,000 is based on the number of puppies surviving to adulthood.
